How long should it take for me to receive my order?

Currently, we are running a special for Valentines day that allows you to send out orders for Valentines within 2 to 3 business days. A complete list of shipping times can be seen below. Lingerie: Standard - 2-3 Business Days (Valentines Day Special)   Express: Overnight
Jewelry: Standard - 4-7 Business Days   Express: 3-4 Business Days
Shoes: Standard: 5-7 Business Days   Express: 2-3 Business Days

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER

Simply send an email to houseofkisses@yahoo.com. Make sure that you include your First and Last Name along with the order ID number in the email.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply select the category of the item that you want to order and then place it within your shopping cart by clicking on the “BUY” button. After pressing the “BUY” button you will be led to a checkout page where you will be presented with a form to finally place your order.

IF I HAVE AN ITEM ON BACK ORDER HOW WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

You will be altered by either email or phone about the status of your order.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

RETURNS

Returns are made for damaged items only. Before shipping the item back to us, please ensure that you send an email to contactus@houseofkisses.com indicating the Item you are returning as well the Item ID number. From the time we get your email, you have a total of 10 business days to make a return. The returns address is as follows:

Please note that for sanitary reasons, Lingerie and Underwear cannot be returned if it is not in its original packaging.

Kiss Me Cards are also not returnable.
